Learning Programme — Cozoqeu

BUSINESS mentorship that runs on real experience

A structured online programme pairing participants with working mentors — people who have built, run, and navigated actual businesses. Sessions are live, feedback is direct, and the curriculum adapts to where you are right now.

Programme structure

Four focused modules delivered over twelve weeks, fully online. Participants from any region join the same live sessions.

12 weeks duration
4 core modules
1:3 mentor ratio

Each module is built around a specific stage of business development — not abstract theory. Mentors bring their own history with each topic, including the decisions that didn't go as planned. Participants receive written feedback after every session and access to a recorded archive for the duration of the programme.

Foundations of mentorship

Understanding the mentor-mentee dynamic, setting clear goals, and establishing honest communication habits from the first session.

Business model and decision-making

Working through how your business earns, spends, and grows — with a mentor who has faced the same trade-offs in a real context.

Leadership and team dynamics

Practical approaches to managing people, handling disagreement, and maintaining momentum when the team is small and under pressure.

Scaling without losing control

What changes when a business grows past the founding team — systems, hiring, and the things that worked before but stop working at scale.

How participation works

The programme is designed for people already running or building a business — not a starting-from-zero course. Sessions happen via live webinar, with small groups so questions get real answers rather than generic ones.

1
Application and intake review

A short intake process helps match participants with the right mentor cohort. The goal is to group people at a similar stage — not the same industry, but a similar set of challenges.

2
Live sessions every two weeks

Each module runs across three live sessions. Attendance is expected but recordings are available within 24 hours for anyone in a different time zone.

3
Direct mentor feedback

Between sessions, participants submit a short written update on what they've applied. Mentors respond with written notes — specific to the situation, not templated advice.

4
Closing review and next steps

The final session is a structured review of what shifted during the twelve weeks and where the remaining gaps are. Participants leave with a written summary rather than a certificate.
