Practical guidance
from people who have
actually built businesses

Cozoqeu connects you with experienced business mentors through structured live sessions. Every webinar is built around a specific challenge, not a general overview, so you leave with something you can act on.

Three ways to
engage with mentors

Each format is designed for a different stage of your business journey and level of engagement.

01

Open live sessions

Weekly public webinars open to all registered participants. Each session addresses a single business topic — pricing strategy, hiring your first employee, managing supplier relationships — with time for live questions at the end.

02

Cohort programs

A structured 6-session series where a small group works through a specific business challenge together. The cohort format creates accountability and allows mentors to track progress across sessions rather than responding to one-off questions.

Small groups · 6 sessions
03

One-to-one sessions

A direct conversation with a mentor matched to your industry. You set the agenda. Sessions last 45 minutes and are booked at least 48 hours in advance so the mentor can review any materials you share beforehand.

Getting started takes under ten minutes. The steps below describe what happens between signing up and joining your first session, including how mentors are matched and what to expect on the day.

Mentor and participant during a structured business webinar
1

Create your account and complete a short intake form

The intake form asks about your business stage, the sector you operate in, and what you are trying to figure out. It takes about four minutes and is used to match you with relevant sessions and mentors.

2

Browse the session schedule and reserve your place

The schedule is published four weeks ahead. Each listing shows the session topic, the mentor's background, and the format. You can reserve a place in an open session or apply for a cohort if one is forming in your area of interest.

3

Receive your access link and session brief

Twenty-four hours before the session you receive a calendar invite with the access link and a one-page brief covering what the mentor plans to address. You can submit questions in advance through the brief form.

4

Join the live session and interact directly

Sessions run in a structured format: the mentor presents for the first half, then the floor opens for questions. The chat is moderated so questions are grouped by theme rather than answered in the order they arrive.

Cozoqeu mentor team preparing for a business webinar

Mentors are practicing business owners and senior professionals who have run companies across multiple sectors. They are selected based on verifiable track records, not credentials alone. Most have been through at least one full business cycle — growth, difficulty, and recovery — which tends to make their input more grounded than theoretical.

Each live session runs between 60 and 90 minutes. The first half covers a specific business topic in depth, and the second half is reserved for direct questions from participants. Questions submitted in advance through the session brief are prioritised, but live questions are also taken through a moderated chat.

Yes. Cozoqeu operates nationally, so anyone with a stable internet connection can attend regardless of their location. Sessions are recorded and available for replay within 24 hours of the live broadcast, so time zone differences or scheduling conflicts do not mean missing the content entirely.

Topics range from early-stage business planning and cash flow management to scaling operations and negotiating partnerships. The schedule is published four weeks in advance so you can plan around sessions that are directly relevant to where your business is right now rather than attending everything on offer.

For open sessions there is no minimum — you can attend a single webinar without any further obligation. Cohort programs require commitment to all six sessions since the format depends on continuity across the group. One-to-one sessions are booked individually with no ongoing requirement.
